Councillors walk out of unheated five-hour meeting | This is Grimsby

"Liberal Democrat group leader Andrew De Freitas had called for the meeting to be adjourned due to the plunging temperatures in the council chamber, which was without heating because the boiler was being repaired."

This was in Cleethorpes in mid-September!  I was probably sitting in the garden at the time - without a coat!
